Organizer: EL PELÍCANO GALICIA, S.L., with registered office in Avda do Porto 3, Los Cantones Village 1st floor, A Coruña and NIF no B70441902. The purchase of this ticket represents the acceptance of the following conditions: The organization is not responsible for tickets purchased outside of authorized sales outlets. This channel is not responsible for any possible price difference compared to tickets purchased through other sales channels. No changes or returns of this entry are allowed, except for those reasons provided for in the current legislation. The tickets are non-nominative and grant a generic right of access to the venue, which can be used by anyone. At the time of purchase, the name and surname of the participant is requested only for the convenience of the buyer at the time of identification of the entry. The organization reserves all image rights and intellectual property of the show, any kind of filming being prohibited, recording or reproduction inside the venue without prior express authorization of the organizer. The company reserves the right to modify the artists' poster if this is required for production reasons and therefore the customer cannot claim the return of said entry.  The public may be registered at the entrance to the premises in accordance with the legislation in force. The room prohibits entry with the following clothing that is considered inappropriate to the tune of the local: tracksuit, sports clothes and shoes, swimwear, men’s bermuda shorts, "pirate" pantsMen’s tank top, tank top or sleeveless, beach flip-flops or similar, broken, damaged or unhygienic clothing, steel reinforced footwear. The introduction of any kind of weapons and throwing or dangerous objects is prohibited. The right of admission is reserved for reasons of public order. Persons under the influence of alcoholic beverages, narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, alcohol, alcohol, alcohol, alcohol, alcohol, alcohol, alcohol, alcohol, alcohol, narcotics, narcotic, stimulants or similar substances or carriers thereof. The channel only manages the distribution of tickets on behalf of the organizer, and is therefore exempt from any obligation and/or responsibility for the organizer. Any complaint about the performance, suspension, modification or cancellation of the show must be addressed directly to the organizer, whose details are listed in this entry. The legal relations, rights and obligations arising from holding this entry shall be subject at all times to the provisions of the current Spanish laws. In compliance with the Organic Law 1/1982, of 5 May, on the right to honor, personal and family privacy and self-image and Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April, general data protection, THE ASSISTANT expressly consents to appear in images of the event, for its subsequent dissemination through any medium and support, for advertising and promotional purposes. In particular, the organizer is expressly authorized to collect images (video and voice) free of charge and without any time or territorial limitation to allow the broadcast of recordings that may be made during the event and their subsequent dissemination by the ORGANIZATION or third parties authorized by it, for promotional, advertising or informational purposes of the event, the room or the organizer.
