To access the event, the printed ticket will be handed in at the place designated for access to the venue or, if such a system is enabled, it will be shown for reading via a mobile phone or digital device. Authorized personnel will validate the ticket with an electronic device that scans the unique code inserted in the ticket and, where applicable, will verify that the identity of the ticket holder corresponds to that of the buyer or the persons indicated when purchasing the ticket.
Only the first ticket presented at the entrance identified with the unique code will be considered valid, and under no circumstances will anyone who subsequently attempts to enter with the same ticket be allowed access.
The Promoter of the event or show is not responsible for tickets purchased outside of authorized points of sale.
The Promoter reserves all image and intellectual property rights of the show, and any type of filming, recording or reproduction inside the venue is prohibited without the express prior authorization of the Promoter.
The ticket must be kept complete and in good condition, otherwise admission may be denied.
The Promoter may deny access to the venue if the ticket is altered, torn, in poor condition or in conditions that indicate possible falsification.
The Promoter may refuse or expel the bearer from the premises if he or she fails to comply with the instructions of its staff.
Access to the venue where the event is held is subject to the access and exit policies established by the Promoter or the owner of the venue where the event or show is held.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to the event. Likewise, it may refuse admission in the event of non-compliance by clients with any of the terms and conditions of the show or the Promoter. The venue may occasionally be forced to carry out search actions, not allowing the entry of objects that may be considered dangerous or that are prohibited by current regulations on security at public shows.
The following are strictly prohibited and will therefore legitimize the prohibition of access to the event or show:
